RSS believes in providing the best possible staff to our clients. Prior to hire, every applicant is rigorously screened. Employees undergo an extensive qualification process that includes, but is not limited to: background checks, skills testing, license verification, drug screen and verification of work history.
RSS is also responsible for all payroll, employment taxes, and worker’s compensation. In addition, RSS is bonded and insured, providing both professional and general liability coverage.
In addition, RSS familiarizes employees with client’s specifications and needs prior to hire. Our goal is to familiarize the employee with the client’s need, so that upon arrival the employee is ready to begin working.

Whether you need staff for 2 hours or 24 hours, RSS has personnel available to meet your needs. In addition, RSS has an on-call coordinator available every day of the year, 24-hours per day, to assist with questions, urgent staffing needs, hospital bookings, and patient emergencies.
Even though our offices are in Phoenix and Tucson, we serve clients throughout the entire state of Arizona. We have clients in Southern, Northern and Central Arizona. Where ever there is a need, RSS will be there to assist you.
